We make it
We string it by hand in Orlando and ship it free, usually within 5–7 business days.

How much does a custom piece cost?
Custom pieces start at $20. Your price depends on the beads, charms and how many pieces you need. We'll send you an exact quote before you pay anything.
How long does a custom order take?
Most custom pieces are made and shipped within 5–7 business days after you approve the design and pay. Need it by a certain date? Tell us on the form and we'll let you know if we can make it happen.
Can you make one with a character or logo?
We can't recreate licensed characters, logos, sports teams or brands. We'd love to make something with the same colors and vibe, though!
Can I return a custom piece?
Since every custom piece is made just for you, custom orders are final sale. We'll make sure you love the plan before we start. If it arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Do you take group or bulk orders?
Yes! Bridal parties, birthdays, party favors and matching sets are some of our favorites. Put how many you need on the form and we'll quote the whole order.
