Processing Time

Most of our items are made-to-order. Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be crafted and prepared for shipment.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

During high volume periods, processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times after processing:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if offered)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the product and destination.


Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship to the United States.

International shipping may be offered in the future.


Delays & Lost Packages

Wicked Wishes Co is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or other factors outside our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first. You may contact us for assistance if needed.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Wicked Wishes Co is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
